Shelly obviously told you nicely to stop and you kept doing it over and over again. Which was unnecessarily from my point of view. I personally think you should be timeout for that amount of time - also you need to stop bitching about timeouts, timeout means it's a time for you to calm the hell down.

After you got un-timeout, you are still rude to other people ( http://i.imgur.com/1B1T098.png ), I don't know why you just got a timeout for 60 minutes and start to be rude to others - like are you a troublemaker or what?

How come u fail to address the fact that iHoy didn't even address Shelly in that first screenshot iHoy posted, and was talking to another person named 'Abdul' that whole time and he suddenly gets a 60 mins timeout? Please stand from a more objective view, as iHoy wasn't even talking to Shelly anymore at that point. This is very selective reading of what iHoy typed, just to timeout someone, when it wasn't directed at a mod and just casual conversation.

Hopefully this 'Your bff' would stop defending a mod that has consistently demonstrated bias and lack of evidence/restraint/reasoning/justification in exercising her powers even when credible reasoning/evidence has been presented by the other individual(s).

Please play with all the powers you like in another chatroom, say Chatolia, for example and don't come crawling back.

It was most likely a slightly late timeout. There is of course no reason in the screenshot that would justify a timeout but Shelly has a habit of wandering around or using other tabs. It is highly likely that considering his reputation, something prior to the messages in the screenshot was said by iHoy that did justify that timeout. I don't remember any precise messages so by all means I could very well be wrong.

Shelly does have a habit of favouritising her friends over those who are not. I know myself that it is very hard to be neutral when a situation arises that involves a friend as you do have to take a side and that can result in a loss of a friend. It makes it even harder when 95% take a disliking to you as it makes you value your friendships more. It's perfectly understandable why she favouritises her friends but it doesn't make it fair. The same can also be said for iPod.

Shelly is strict because there are rules that need to be enforced. In the real world, cautions are given to those who commit a minor offence but in a lot of cases a caution may not be given. It would take one corrupt country to give a caution to a murderer. Chatrooms are no exception. The rules must be enforced. There are other rooms available that you can use and make your own rules for (until site rules are put in place). The small handful of those that are particularly offensive only like a small handful of games so having Volrac in your own room wouldn't have that much use. I believe Volrac should be in one room and one room only and if you can't get along with the people in that room then you will lose the privilege of playing games... but of course that's not up to me.

Nobody likes to be nagged at over and over again, it makes you want to bust their nut and that's exactly what iHoy was doing to Shelly. Maybe the timeout was unjustifiable, that's down to CarloV. However the maturest approach would've been to just wait out the 60 minutes and converse with CarloV privately about the matter. By then, the timeout would've been over but if it was unjustifiable then CarloV would deal with Shelly appropriately. Instead, that approach didn't take place and if the timeout was unjustifiable then iHoy and Shelly were both in the wrong.

I must be honest, I don't defend Shelly as much as people seem to think. Half of the time she is complaining about the users on Volrac and I take little notice because I have told her that there is nothing I can do if she wants to use a site where people will continuously pick at her. That is, of course, what some users on Volrac do. They dislike Shelly so they cause a scene and try to frame her which of course a lot of us would actually do but it doesn't make it acceptable. Some of the time, I'm on nobodies side as what I normally see is someone who gives a timeout and then 5 people overreacting over it and start throwing abuse at Shelly. Abuse is not acceptable either and I would try to stop it even if it was Shelly that was doing the abusing.

It's not your place to *tell* people to leave Volrac especially when iPod acts more grown up than the majority albeit he's not perfect. I think if anything, that gives him more right to be on Volrac than the majority seeing as he obeys the rules more often than others.
