When a person who joins the site/MNFH. Volrac automatically PM to that person right away saying like "Hai User, welcome to the site/MNFH! (:
- This is a PM where you can play in MNFH's games!"

i can do it when people join MNFH, but when people join the site it is not necessarily needed to have that box, espescially once the games are done
